Trinidad Short little cigars are named after the beautiful city “La Santísima Trinidad” (The Holy Trinity), built in the 16th century, which is located on the south coast of Cuba and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Like the Cohiba, Trinidad Short little cigars were made especially for Fidel Castro and as a gift for state guests and diplomats.

In 1998 Trinidad Short little cigars were presented to the international market.

The Trinidad Short little cigars are made in El Laguito, the cigar factory where the Cohibas are also made. They consist of special blends of selected tobacco leaves from the best Vegas Finas de Primera (first quality plantations) in the Vuelta Abajo region and are known for their variety of classic flavors.
